I ask alot of questions. I want details and information that most would not take the time to answer but Scott did. My house looks ao wonderful. The workers where always professional and polite.
This was my 5th company to give me an estimate and they were willing to put the most time into making sure I was Secure with my decision.

Scott is a guy you can definitely trust. His customer service, honesty, and knowledge on the field is top notch. He was able to send someone to check on my roof on the day I called. I was anxious his team wouldn't show up as I have had not so good experiences with other companies before. To my surprise, Scott called to apologize they're running a little late because of traffic and to assure me they're just five minutes away. That, to me, speaks of his character. He was patient in explaining things. Repairs were made on the previously repaired shingles and he was able to give me a certification on the roof. I'd definitely recommend him and his team for above and beyond customer service and for being able to give customers a peace of mind from a job done really well.
